well, im not sure how well any of these products work, but if you like natural products, there is this link: http://www.neemco.co.uk/shop/skinandscalp

this is another link i have found http://www.stiefel.co.uk/consumer/index.asp

i always use head and shoulders, and my scalp is ok, make sure you always wash shampoo out well, cause otherwise it can dry on your scalp making it itchy and dry.....i would try some tea tree shampoo and conditioner if you aren't interested in the sites i suggested, cause its lovely stuff, and is known to keep hair clean and fresh...or maybe try something for sensitive skin cause maybe your shampoo is too harsh for your head?

just a few ideas...

A good effective inexpensive treatment is plain Olive Oil. Easily available at Chemists and Supermarkets, etc. Heat 1-2 tablespoonsful in a plastic container in the microwave until warm, test on the back of your hand! Put on your scalp and massage in. Leave for approximately 30-45 minutes. Wash off with warm water and shampoo as normal, twice. Finish with conditioner if that's what you normally do.

Try using Vaseline hair tonic. It is great for dry and itchy scalp. Just massage it all over the roots of your hair. Leave it on for a day or two and shampoo.

I have the same problem, and just above my forehead, my scalp is really dry and itchy, and sometimes its noticable. I went out today and decided to buy new Dove Therapy shampoo and conditioner. Its supposed to help for that I guess, It was recomended to me. Its about 7 $ for a bottle of it. Let me know how it worked for you if you buy it.

Put conitioner on your hair and massege ur scalp leave it in for as long as possible and maybe dry you hair with a hair dryer with the conditioner on and when washed your scalp will be hydrated and not as itchy, you might have to do it a couple of times.

Once a month sort of soak you hair in olive oil for 30 minutes, then shampoo with any Shampoo.
If your scalp itches, squeeze half a fresh limn and rub the roots and the hair then shampoo. It makes the hair grow and look healthy too. Good for men loosing their hair too because it removes ceboree too!

you could try a good old hair conditioning mask, they are usually around 3-5 pounds...
im told that as an alternative, baby oil!
just smother your hair and scalp in baby oil and massage it in.leave it for a few minutes then rinse out.you can also wash your hair afterwards if you like.
hope this helps!

try vosene shampoo. it smells kind of strong but it should clear the dryness up in a few days. if you cant find it anywhere try a baby shampoo as it is milder on the scalp.
