The AMD 63 have a full length barrel, wondering if the Yugo gas tube and lower hand guard will fit on the AMD 63.

There is enough difference between a Hungarian and Yugo AK that those parts probably wouldn't fit without some modifications, such as some work with a file or dremel tool. DO NOT MODIFY THE WEAPON-ONLY MODIFY THE NEW GAS TUBE AND HAND GUARD!!! One thing that you want to be careful of is the alignment of the "new" gas tube and the bolt carrier piston, if the new gas tube isn't properly aligned it will interfere with the operation/performance of the weapon. Personally I would try to find parts other than Yugoslavian to work with.
Generally the Yugo was built more robust than other European style AK's and the tolerances may not allow what you are trying to do. Look around on-line for some surplus East German or Romanian gas tubes and hand guards, even Maadi parts would work better out of the box than the beefy Yugo parts.
