I think you should name her Gypsy after a dog that I held for the last 15 minutes of her life.
I was doing my internship at the local county Animal Shelter, and a 2 month old puppy girl came in after having been abandoned in front of a Home Depot.
The animal control officer brought her in, and she was clearly severely debilitated, dehydrated and starved.
It was clear what action was about to be taken, they were going to euthanize her.
The lead Registered Veterinary Technician was making the calls to get appropriate approval.
She was about 1 foot and a half long, and about a foot high. She was put in a box that was about 8 inches by 8 inches.
When I held my hand out to her, she started licking vigorously and clearly she was starving and looking for food handouts.
I took open 1 can of dog food, which she promptly finished, so I opened a second can, and she finished nearly all of that.
Then I quickly realized that dogs that are hungry are often times thirsty, so I gave her 2 bowls of water.
All this while she was being restrained by the animal control officer, and while people were on the phone getting the work order to euthanise her.
Within 15 minutes of her being admited, she was expired. But she went on a full stomach, and she wasn't thirsty or scared.
I held her in my hands for just 15 minutes, but it was probably the best 15 minutes of her life.
I wanted to give her life some sense of dignity, since clearly she had lived a very abused life, despite how optimistic and cheerful she was.
So I posthumously named her "Gypsy".
And so I think in honor of her and all the other dogs out there that aren't so lucky, I think you should name her Gypsy.
Also there are a lot of cool characters and people in history with that name as well! (Namely Gypsy Rose, a formidable character to be sure!)
I think that it's a playful but respectful name for a good female dog.
Best of luck and congratulations on your new furry friend!

Rottweilers have been bred to be terrific family pets, not fierce or in charge; YOU're supposed to be the Alpha in your pack. However, I'd check on some Viking names - e.g., the names of the Valkyries - for "strong" names.
