So heres the story : A 16 year old girl snuck out one night to go to her friends sisters house. Her friend left to go to her boyfriends house and the sister had a man over. So the girl had no where to stay. She met this guy on myspace and he was very nice and seemed like a good trustworthy guy and she knew he wouldnt mind so she went to his place. She tried to go to sleep but he asked to give her a massage cause she was tense she said it was alright. He started on top of her clothes then went under her shirt and tried to feel her up she moved his hands a few times and told him to stop then she turned over while he massaged her arms. He unbuttoned her pants and started to finger her and she kept telling him to stop the more she said no the faster he went. He wanted sex. At first she said ok just tonight but then he put it in her and she said no no no stop she kept saying stop but everytime she did he went harder. Once he was done she cried and asked to be brought home. Is that rape?

I have a problem when girls call 'rape' because often times they are as guilty as the boys. Girls now-a-days will wear clothes that show everything and they will tease the boys becuase they get some sort of power trip out of it. Now, if this girl was abducted and he forced her to have sex than it is rape. If she was on a date and was forced to have sex out of the blue then yes, it is rape. If she gives consent for him to rub on her body and says, "yes, just this once" for having sex then no, it is not rape. She put herself in a situation to which she regretted and rape is being used as a scape goat. Tell her to own up to her mistakes and learn from them. If she wants a massage than she can pay for a professional to give her one at a spa. She could also request a female therapist so she will not feel uncomfortable.

In legal terms, Yes- once the female says "no", anything after that can be concidered rape.
From the more realistic point, it probibly was- but she should have made a little more effort to leave and go home and put up with her parents reaction rather than stay out... and also when things got going bad- how much of a fuss did she really put up? If she was playing "no" then it kinda can go both ways, but really he should have stopped...

Yes, Raped is defined as a unwanted sexual act. Rape does not have to be intercourse. Even if she said yes to start with, then changed her mind and said no it is still rape. I would call the police and report this loser. If the guy is over 18 he could be charged with sex with a minor. Hope this helps

Yes it was rape, if the girl made it very clear she did NOT want to have any sexual contact (verbally or through physically pushing him away) whatsoever, but he went ahead he violated her rights, and abused her. This girl needs to get this man arrested as soon as possible before he does it to anyone else.

It wouldn't surprise me if this guy is already on the sex offenders list, if he's meeting up with girls through the internet.

This is just another sad case of stupidity and warning to those young girls or boys thinking of meeting a stranger who they met on the internet.

First off, it was stupid to go to someone's house if you only know each other from the internet.

Secondly, it was rape.

Thirdly, this cannot be blamed on myspace. Myspace didn't rape her, the man did.

And it was the girl's fault for going there alone in the first place.

Oh yes! Whenever a woman says stop and a guy keeps on going it is considered rape. Even if she said o.k. once, she cganged her mind and he didn't listen to her. Rape all the way!!!

Go ask a cop, and see what he or she says, and the answer is yes, one no is good enough

now..a little bit of advice..in the future...going to somones house you have NEVER met before...and ASKING TO SLEEP OVER..bad idea...WORSE idea is to agree to let him UNDRESS YOU....specifically if you are a young girl...and he is not of an...appropriate age.

Now...It is still rape..but avoid those kinda situations in the future...get an STD test and see a cop..smart thing to do

If someone says NO then No it is, it should and doesn't matter what she said before! The fact the she repeatedly said no/stop means that he was not thinking of anyone but himself...the crying would be a good indicator that he was an asshole!
