HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hashbrown potatoes
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
10 to 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Season to taste
Combine all ingredients and put in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with: 1 stick melted butter.

Hashbrown Casserole Ingredients
1 kg Frozen Hashbrown potatoes
11/4 cups Grated Chesse
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 cups Sour cream (500g)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter
Crushed plain potato chips for topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter 13 X 8 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Put into baking dish. Top with Grated chesse and crushed potato chips. Bake for one hour.
Cook's Notes
Leftovers can be frozen - divide into portions with foil. Also you can make day before and put into fridge.

HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
1 cup onion, diced
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 to 1 cup potato chips or corn flakes
Stir together well the diced onion, sour cream or yogurt, grated cheese, thinly sliced butter, and Cream of Chicken soup. Add the hash browns and mix well.
Spread this mixture evenly in a casserole dish and top with crushed chips or corn flakes.
Bake at 350°F 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
HEAVENLY HASHBROWNS
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed*
5 tablespoons butter, divided
4 to 6 green onions
4 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup whole milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
*If you can't find the diced "Southern-Style" hash browns, shredded can be substituted.
Butter a 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole. Heat oven to 350°. Thaw the hash browns.
In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter; add green onions and cook for 1 minute over medium-low heat.

Add flour and stir to blend well. Gradually stir in the chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt, pepper, and cheese. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
Put bread crumbs in a bowl. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon of butter; drizzle over bread crumbs and toss to blend. Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs over the casserole. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and topping is nicely browned.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray one 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan or dish. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.

This is a good one my family and friends love. If you are looking for low calorie...forget it-- but that is why it is sooo good.
1 bag frozen hashbrowns
chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter (cut up)
salt or garlic salt
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
Preheat oven to 375. grease 9X13 baking dish add all ingredients and bake for 45 minutes. melt another half stick of butter. Sprinkle potato chips on top and drizzle melted butter over the top and bake for another 10 minutes. YUMMY!!!

i respect canned Tuna and characteristic eaten all of it my existence. i love to open a can and eat it undeniable, proper out of the can. you are able to also mix a can with a chopped up boiled egg, some chopped up onion, some sweet pickle take excitement in and some Miracle Whip kind salad dressing. this mix makes good sandwiches. be confident and use salad dressing and by no skill mayonnaise. The canned tuna in oil is the suitable.
