If you love him and in your heart you know he loves you , If you can picture waking up every day next to him, If he is your best friend and you want to spend every day of your life with him by your side then say yes. If not then you may want to say not yet or no. I know people get divorces but a marriage should be gone into with a plan for the future, Till death do you part . Good Luck with whatever your decision is.

My husband gave me a 2carot set in platinum with side 1 carot total weight baguettes (wedding band is platinum with diamonds and sapphires} it wasn't the ring that made me say yes it was the person. So if you love the person marry him don't do it because the ring is pretty that ring can be lost, or put in a safe deposit box in the bank as mine is

The ring can be a noose too. Love, respect, being able to live together and pay the bills, enjoying things together, agreeing how many children to have and when, knowing he will take care of you........you know that is what matters, not the ring
You only have one life to live

not being rude but does the size of the ring matter in your question? do you love him and can you see your self with him five, ten or more years down the road? Thats want you really need to be thinking about.

Are you really asking because you don't know? If that's the case tell him you aren't ready to answer... if you're ready to marry someone you don't need advice from anyone! You really just wanted to brag about the ring didn't you?

Personally I find it disturbing that you feel the need to factor the size of the diamond into your decision. Perhaps you should say 'no' and let him move on and find someone who's actually madly in love with him.

Gee, for four carrots, I'd say go for it. He sounds like a guy who will always make sure you're well supplied with fresh veggies.

It's the person who is placing that ring on your fingers that matters. If you truly love him, the answer is yes. If not... move on.
