Some shallow guys and guys under 30 years old mainly i'd say yes that is all they look at.
however speaking personally i look for the total package, a pretty face, butt and boods balanced (so the body looks natural) for example pam anderson now looks stupid and un atractive (to me) fith breasts bigger and allout of propertion to the rest of her body.
but like i said that is just me, speaking as me a 33 year old single guy.
overall though she MUST have a great personality and be happy in her self and with herself and not worrying about what others think of her or how she looks.
if she is happy with her self and has a smile on her face, and is not clinically obese are all additions to what i look for in a woman.
whatever you do be happy with yourself, forget what others including all of us answering the question, the only person you have to live with everyday of your life is YOU, so be happy with yourself first and foremost.
and under no circumstances consider going under the surgeons knofe for cosmetic reasons as speaking as a guy who though not for cosmetic but for medical grounds went under the surgeons knife to attempt to correct pain problem in my spine. The surgery failed and now i'm in more pain on a daily basis than i was before the operation.
so surgery can go wrong, unless it is life threatening following an accident never consider surgery.
good luck, and remeber it is usualy guys that use girls and are looking for one night stands that are generally only interested in a girl with big boobs or a big butt. We are not all like that.
mind you may be that explains one reason as to why i'm still single.

I like big boobs, but my gay brother in law does not. So no not all guys like big boobs. and no, I look at the a$$ too. Also sometimes, but not to often the eyes. Never really pay attention to much else though. By the way, take a joke America.

I know for a fact that some men prefer smaller boobs. It's a preference, like blondes or brunettes. It would be sad world indeed if the only women getting any attention were the ones who are more well endowed...because some are half the woman they could be, even with all star cleavage.

No and no...although many guys do find breasts eye-catching, and even a guy who's not really into boobs (and women too) will tend to notice or even catch themselves staring at a woman who has exceptionally large ones or who is showing cleavage.
Just human nature...we're visual creatures and boobs are thought of as sexual...and you know how much most folks did things associated with sex...

If a guy is with you just for your boobs then they dont care alot about you.
I like a girl that I can look into her eyes and see her smile as I tell her how beautiful she is.
I was with a girl for two years and I didn't start to really look at her until a month in the relationship I thought it was disrespectful I didnt want her to think I was with her for just sex and stuff (I wasnt)

Men are attracted to movement. Has nothing to do with boobs. Bouncy hair also attracts us. Jiggly buttts also attract us. It really doesn't have much to do with like or dislike. I love b cups but I can't not stare at big bouncy boobs. I think it has something to do with the hunting instinct but not sure. To keep eyes directed away, wear a sports bra that minimizes movement.

I personally am not a big boob fan. sure they can be nice, but they can be too big. I look for an over all package. But my big thing is I like a nice stomach.

Yeah, most guys. But im that type of guy who loves making jokes, so i like girls who love to laugh. You just have to match things up like that. Boobs do matter, im not gonna lie but we guys still look past that. only jerks stick to looks

Ha! You girls are showing it off with your low necklines and your tops that look like you put them in the dryer too long.
My female friend was caught looking at a girl's big boobs (they were just out there). So girls do it to!
