im not sure bout ingesting but i know you can put eggs n mayonnaise on ur hair for an hour wiith a shower cap n then wash n deep condition thatll make it thick n moisturize which will enable it to grow thicker and healthier

honestly i dont beleive that diet plays a big role in hair growth. i had hair up to my butt and i ate alot of junk food trust me my diet is horrible some of my friends who have long healthy hair eats junk food
