in the pic, the girl has hi-lights. But to really make it shine you need to get some shine serum or shine mist. Biosilk by Farouk and Sheer Brilliance by rusk are my favorite.

Use Loreal's Professional liss extreme it's a reflexium serium... it basically takes frize out and makes your hair shiny. Don't use too much at a time because it will make your hair look over oily.

Mix some egg whites into your conditioner. The natural protien in the egg whites enriches the hair giving it a natural shine making it stronger and eliminating split ends.

You could try soaking it in really strong tea that is supposed to add a shine to your hair.

After washing your hair, rinse it with cool water. When you are blow drying it, dry it with hot air and then blast it with cool air until your hair cools down. Alternate one more time getting your hair hot and then cold. This is an age old trick that I learned from my stylist several years ago and it has saved my life. Also, if you straighten your hair, just blast it with cold air when you are done with your flat iron.

use a shine serum before and after you blow-dry your hair. i recoment Tigi Catwalk Camera Ready. it has a fine mist so you don't get to much. it gives you a really good shine and it helps with "fly-aways". you can also go to your hairstylist and get a color shine treatment.
