Sometimes it can all seem too much!
I completely understand what you mean.
I think what helps me is time and appreciating people and circumstances while it is happening.
Sometimes you just have to turn off tune out and decompress!!
The funny thing is:
Somehow good always prevails.
Throughout history.....evil never triumps for very long.
Let's hope that people with intelligence and compassion and righteousness become the powerful soon!
I believe that even in politics decent, honest, and trustworthy folks still exist!
Take Care of yourself! Peace!

I believe MY life is as hard as the circumstances I'd created for myself, karmically, in my past lives. I'm paying for any stupid cruelties I did in the past... so it's supposed to be hard for me until I subdue my deluded mind from grasping and attachments and aversions totally.
Spice things up in your life... don't be bored, there are lots of things to get yourself into; sports, crafts, religions, study, pets... you name it. Don't worry about things... all you'll do is make yourself ILL. Work on what you CAN fix, fix what you can and the rest isn't worth worrying about... there's nothing you CAN do about some things in life.
Try to cultivate a mind that understands that everything arises due to causes and conditions, even your thoughts that make you worry. When you dig to the root of WHY you worry and get upset, etc. you can FIX it by cultivating the right thinking and do the things to fix it where physical "fixes" will do!
Hope you feel better soon!

Modern day life is full of pressure and many people are feeling more than stressed out. Find yourself a good hobby, and find some activity that will reduce that stress. For some people it is long walks; for others it might be meditation and /or yoga. Prayer, reading the New Testament, getting close to God are things that help me a lot.

There is a little saying that I love. Give all your troubles to God, He'll be up all night anyways.
I used to have insomnia because of worry, but when I let Him carry the burdens of life and all my worries I feel that it is easier to get through the day. A bumper sticker on my truck says Life is short, pray hard. Prayer does work.

Supposed to be? Who knows, but it's hard for sure. But without saying too much if I can steal from Talib Kweli: "Life is a beautiful struggle" That line puts onto perspective for me. Life is good, stay positive if you can, it's really the only way to maintain.

The first noble truth in Buddhism is "Life is suffering." How you deal with the daily stresses and problems is what makes the moments of joy worthwhile; as well as strengthen you as a person.

Imagine what you could accomplish if you took all that worrying and DID something useful. It is foolish to worry about things you cannot change or have no control over. But it is equally foolish to do nothing about things that are in your power to change.

The Bible says you need to trust God to take care of most everything and put seeking God's Kingdom government as the first place in your life. God takes care of all his creatures and you are top on his list as a human created in his image. Read your Bible daily and pray for God's holy spirit to help you understand it. Consider God's will in everything you do. He will take care of you.

Is it worry, or a lack of planning? That can help.
The other thing, are you worrying about things you have no control over? That is wasteful.
Set your priorities, and boundaries. Write them down in you want to.
