If you two are dating and its getting serious then maybe. If your not even with him then its probably puppy love or lust. THe boy or man should be the one to say it first because you have to make sure your both are on the same level. If you tell him you love him and its too soon you are most likely to scare him away. When I first fell in love with my boyfriend I didnt say anything though I kinda wanted too I waited just to make sure and a within a week he said it first then I told him how I felt. Dont take the risk unless your feeling lucky.

Errrr? Does he even know you? Is he your boyfriend of at least 3 months? If not, then don't tell him, for two reasons.
1. He will run to the hills as you are a stalker.
2. You don't love him, you're just infatuated with him, and it's a big difference, and you're not emotionally mature enough to figure that out.

It all depends on the circumstances. If he's in a relationship with someone else, then this probably the best idea. On the other hand, if he's single I say test the water to see how he feels about you by asking him out on a date. If a girl did that to me, I'd be receptive to pretty much anything! If it feels right, tell him. Trust me, he probably has no idea!

Of course. Its always nice to hear that someone loves you, that will always be a good day.
If you don't... what else are you going to do? love him from the darkness, in secret, never letting him know?
how will that be good for anyone?
Just be honest and tell him, find out how he feels about you, and maybe you'll end up together in love. the only way to find out is to go for it.
If it doesn't work out, there will always be others.

It depends on the situation.....are you going out with this person? Love is a strong word which really should only be said when you mean it. If you dont really know this person that well then it could freak them out. You could start by telling them you like them a lot?

Sounds like you're pretty young. You shouldn't tell him outright that you're attracted to him. But you should make that obvious by being friendly toward him, laughing at his jokes, you know.
But don't be too available either. Give him a little challenge, make him have to work to get you, etc. etc.

Depends on if you're going out, or if you're loving him from afar. Even if you're going out, how long have you? After about 6 months I believe that an I Love You wouldn't be unproper
