There's a guy that I know that is the type that "Won't date until he's married" if you know what I mean lol
Anyway, he's been really flirty with me and asked me on a date a couple of times (a friend date) at least that's what he told me. Is he liking me, or just wants to be extremeley good friends? I get so confused about guys. Please Help!

I think he likes you. Guys who don't like you usually (with very few exceptions) won't ask you on any kind of date. The only exception is if it's some kind of social function (like prom) where you might need think you need a date.
I don't think it's unhealthy for him to DATE. How else is he going to get to know girls? I'm opposed to sex before marriage and all, but people who take that point of view are being overzealous. They just need to date with a goal of finding a good marriage partner instead of just dating for its own sake. But anyway, yeah, he's trying to get to know you. Go for it. He sounds like a good guy and his heart is in the right place, just not his intellect. Good luck!

Your best bet is to talk to him and clarify the relationship status. To me it seems like you're waiting for him and he can't make up his mind. All he's doing is playing a game with you and keeping your hopes up. This limits your potential to meet other guys and actually start a real relationship.
Don't play the waiting game and settle this.

Maybe he wants to be a friend? What's so hard to understand about that? What guys don't understand about self-centered girls is their inability to recognize a genuine overture. Instead, they're so wrapped up in themselves to know there are people out there with good intentions.

idk, how are the date? Do u guys go alone? if so then it could possibly be more. I would definately persuit him because he is a keeper. You can ask him casually how he feels about you. That is the best thing to do.
