Crystal Light mixed with either diet ginger ale or Sprite Zero.
Orange juice mixed with either diet ginger ale or Sprite Zero.
Really anything healthy mixed with either diet ginger ale or Sprite Zero. It's like homemade pop. It's what I drink all the time at home, and it's low calorie and low sugar.
Maybe not creative, but tasty!

My daughter told me about this drink and it's awesome!!
All you do is mix equal parts cran-grape juice and 7-up together. You can do this in a big punch bowl or just by the glass. Then put a spoon of cool whip in the bottom of a glass and fill with the juice/pop mixture and stir. Just be careful not to fill it all the way to the top because it gets foamy and will spill over. We have found that using a juice mixed with cranberry juice is best because using plain grape juice is too sweet when mixed with the cool whip.

Lime-aid (no sugar)
Squeeze some limes and sweeten with Splenda. Use water to balance
any sourness from limes. I would suggest you cut up some lime wheels and place in the drink for garnish. Also Splenda may be pricey buts a derivative of natural sugar.
-freeze some orange juice in an ice tray and pour your limeaid over this.

Mix one yogurt and any fruit and a little ice in a blender. Let the kids pick the flavor. It makes a healthy smoothie. Add an umbrella for fun.

Mix Lemonade and Grape Juice...very interesting flavor. I loved it when I was a kid. Kool-Aid used to sell it under the name "PurpleSaurus Rex".

every saturday night at our house is smoothie night...we have lots of kids in our family and lots more come over on saturday night. mom lays out all kinds of goodness for us starting with juices. every week its different...sometimes orange juice sometimes grape etc....then we get fruits. bananas, pears, apples, peaches..etc. sometimes ice cream or frozen yogurt. peanut butter for flavoring or chocolate...somtimes caramel...whip cream....nuts cherries strawberries. each week is different so you never have to have the same drink twice. mom runs the blender but each of us puts different stuff in it. i like mine simple with milk vanilla ice cream one fruit like peaches and some whipped cream...fresh and yummy!!!!

You know, for kids it's creative, but we knew it as the Shirley Temple, and it still works today.
