Pure honey. And you can use it every day if you wish. I use honey on my face 3 times a week . I have always used honey and only honey since I was 15 and am 45 now . I never had a problem with acne and it is because bacteria can not grow in honey and the bacteria that causes the acne is destroyed. I dont have any wrinkles either and my skin still looks young . It also leaves your face feeling soft and smooth. Just put it on then leave it on for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water. All that chemical stuff cant be good for anyones skin. Also never use soap on your face unless it is the oatmeal soap. Any other soap leaves a residue that will plug up your pores. I use only vaseline to take off my make up. If you stick to all natural stuff on your skin you wont have a problem. Eat alot of brown rice too. What goes inside your body makes a difference on what the outside looks like. .

How long have you used Pro Active? My daughter uses it too but it takes about 6 weeks to show improvement. Good luck.
