The 50 amp fuse that controls my AC/heater blower motor keeps blowing out even after I replace it with a new one. does anyone know where this problem could be originating from?

When a fuse blows, the fuse itself is almost never the problem. It's an overcurrent protection device. You may want to check the wires on the motor to see if they're unprotected and short circuiting each other. The fuse blowing is saving the motor from overheating.

Yes the blower motor is worn out and using too much current, or there is a short in the wiring. Also, I might add that 50 amps is about 2 times too big for a blower motor. In all my 40 some years I have never seen a blower motor with a fuse bigger than 25 amps.
