You can try using a sponge or loofah on a stick to allow you to clean your back really well. Neutrogena also has a bath gel specifically for body acne. You can also try to put acne cream on the breakouts and maybe even use an acne fighting facial mask on your back. Avoid using moisterizers and sunscreen on your back if you can. Try drinking more water, and reduce eating foods such as chocolate to improve your skin. Swimming in a pool with chlorine can also help dry out your back and help heal the breakouts. If it continues or has come on suddenly be sure to talk to your doctor or see a dermatologist.

you don't mention how old you are but, most of the time this type of acne is cause by poor hygiene, use a good glycerin soap and a loofah sponge and scrub away at least twice a day. don't scrub so hard you damage healthy skin. it will take awhile 1- 2 months but it should start clearing up, if not go see a dermatologist

Buy a body wash for this . Umm Nutragena makes one I think . I also know natures care makes one too . put some tea tree oil on your back in the efected spots let it sit there for a half hour or over night the wash it off when you take a shower .

I've seen like a zit body wash that should help you. But I don't know what it is called. It could also be what you eat. Just lay off of any junkfood for a while.

If you have a loofah or bath sponge on a stick, make sure to use it daily on your back with a dial soap (antibacterial). I used this on my husband's back and then when he was out of the shower I used an astringent or alcohol on a cotton ball. It dried that pesky acne right up! Good luck!

Expose your back to the sun. This will work in the summertime. Cut grass with no shirt on (or a bikini top if your a girl). This of course doesn't help in the winter. Use body acne soap.

I got em' too. DO NOT listen to "Frankie". Exposing your back to the sun is only going to make it worse. I use a body complexion soap called Cynthol. IM me so i could tell u more about it. P.S. Drink a lot of water and try not to touch (or scratch) your back.

just use a facial wash on your back, just like on your face. use a scrubby type thingy..sorry fogot what it's called. and it will get all the oil and dead skin cells off
hope this help
you could even you acne medication, but make sure if you do, to use a facial mosturizer as well because body lotion may make that back area just as prone to acne

It's in the gene I tell you. I have them, too! =( And they're turning into blemishes. It sucks and it's gross. But I recommend using Dial- The Gold bar and probably eating more fruits and drinking more water. =) sleep also reduces pimples.
