i agree with the rest of them that your cat can miss you or is looking for a bit of attention. but there can be also more reasons
he's attatched
lonely
misses you
or wants to go were ever you go
if it is a he it probally wants to go out side because there is female cats that are in heat and male cats can smell female cats in heat from a really long distance.
if it is a female it probally wants to go out side to get pregnet because she is in heat

Cats always have an attachment to there owners, so when they have no one or nothing to play with they get lonely! I'm suprised she doesn't do more than just Meow loudly!

maybe your cat wants to go outside
or follow you if you are going outside
and if you just came in then maybe your cat missed you and is greeting you with a loud meow

maybe he/she needs more outside time. just wait until they can open doors on thier own. my 2 cats can(dorgan and freya. u can see thier pics on my 360 page).

She doesnt want you to leave. She might be worried about you or doesnt want to be alone. Give your kitties lots of love!

she is either hungyr and is sayin "gimme some food" or she is say "i missed u "
