You have been 'dissed '. Being stressed is usually from being shunned. Here is a brief outline of the brain reaction to being shunned . When we get anxiety from our expectations being false about love and sex we think it is nothing but the brain can see it too . The brain makes unbalanced chemicals that give you the pain of depression. At various levels your social dysfunction increases all the way until you finally loosing reality. Then the auto brain takes over some messaging illegally in your thinking. Good luck and respect the brain as it is the next real you.

Hi,

I am a Christian and my faith in God helps me know God is in control and I don't need to worry to much. There are too many bad things to do. I like to read the Psalms in the Bible. I pray a lot. Like you I stress too much and when I pray God gives me peace. He helps me know in my heart that It's not necessary to worry.

If you've never trusted him as your lord and saviour pray this:
Dear Jesus
Forgive me of my sins and come into my life and be with me. Please help me with my life and give me your Peace. In Jesus Name, Amen

Look into church - I suggest Foursquare Churches - they are good.

De-stressing means becoming un-stressed, removing stress.

Why would you want to return to being stressed?

Do you mean being in "distress"?

I don't understand your question. Add more details, please!
