I live in the U.S., my friend lives in Colombia, South America.
when i call his cell phone with mine, it connects me to some lady in Illinois.
i have the area code and everything, and i am sure its the right number, but for some reason it doesn't go out of the country. do i have to call a special place so they can connect me or something?

call your cell phone company and ask them if your phone has long distance and maybe it'll work
