No because if you break up with him, then it will only prove that he is right. It seems to me that you may have it in for the other guy. If I were you, I would get rid of the other guy and make things right between the two of you.

Ohh... he is just insecure... it may sould bad but its true. First tell him how you feel about him. The best way to get over this is by communication.... Tell your boyfriend that your relationship with him cannot grow unless he talks to you about certain problems. If he is the one for you.. he should understand... but again you do not want someone who jumps to conclusions....just communicate!!
