there is this guy how still likes me and i thnk he had stoped liking me but, my friend overheard him talking to his friends about me and they asked him if he liked me and hesaid yes!! but, nnow i feel stalkished because i thnk he has liked me sense 4th grade!! help!!!!!

Well, whenever you eavesdrop, you may not hear the whole thing. And even if you do, you don't know whether he was telling the truth or not. But try to steer away from him a little, maybe say hi every so often, but don't look like you're about to start a conversation with hi. Don't be TOO mean, but try to get your point across-you don't like him (if that's the case).
