Taking an obedience course together is a great way to bond with your dog. :)

Kibbles N Bits list of ingredients:
1.Whole Corn
2.Soybean Meal
3.Ground Whole Wheat
4.Beef & Bone Meal
5.Animal Fat
6.BHA/BHT
7.Corn Syrup
8.Wheat Mill Run/Middlings
9.Water
10.Animal Digest
11.Ground Whole Wheat
12.Salt
13.Caramel Color
14.Titanium Dioxide Color
15.Methionine
16.Vitamins/Minerals

Yuck! Corn, a filler, is the number one ingredient. That means lots of pooping and not many nutriants. Look for a higher quality dog food.

Ingredients to look for:

Superior sources of Protein. This would include either whole, fresh meats or a single source meat meal (for example chicken meal rather than poultry meal - the poultry meal indicates a mixture).

One of the first two ingredients should be a whole-meat source (for example chicken or chicken meal). Two meat sources in the first three ingredients would be even better - like chicken and chicken meal.

Try the pet store rather than the grocery store for quality dog food. :)

first don't feed kibbles and bits. it's not the best food you can provide for her. enroll her in a training class. she's a dobbie and thrives on mental stimulation. working together like this will bond the two of you and build her confidence and teach her you are to be respected and listened to. after you complete this class you can move on to more difficult obedience classes or even agility.

Obedience course, agility classes, all are great bonding experiences. Walks, rides with in the car, even just a nap together.

When I am home, my dogs and I are together-at least in the same part of the house, sometimes doing our own thing, but we are together. They sleep in crates in my room at night, and we have "group naps" where we all take a snooze on my bed.

Bonding isn't about just getting the dog to LIKE you, it's also about estabishing your relationship-which can be one of the most rewarding kind you'll ever have. Good luck.

I LOVE DOBERMANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are my breed of choice!

Anywho, It is imperitive that you train and socialize her. These are also great bonding tools. Also because she is a working breed, and NEEDS a job to do, you can try agility, schutzhund, flyball, search and rescue, water rescue, tracking, swimming, therapy dogs (they make WONDERFUL ones) weight pulling, Believe it or not they excel in hunting, cart pulling,

Ps. Kibbles and Bits is a HORRIBLE food. Im not insulting, just educating. Quality food may be more expensive, but alot cheaper in the long run. A better choice may be nutro, diamond, cannidae, natural choice, High Standard (not available in all areas)

no remember how previous your dogs is, constructive reinforcement is a thank you to bypass. I even have recued MANY animals over the years. lots of of those animals have thoroughly brokem spirits from intense abuse and ignore, and that i will assure you that your love and constructive strategies-set can convey any dogs around. First, never yell at your dogs or strike it. Get some yummy treats. i like the tiny chew comfortable dogs nutrition, as you would be able to provide tiny chew length rewards and not get your dogs fat. ANY time your dogs and you're jointly. Have the treats with you. in case you dogs does any habit which you like, reward him. if he comes and sits next to you, Say "sturdy boy!!" puppy him and reward him with a handle. additionally you could say the notice "take a seat" as he does that action. They quickly learn that doing sturdy issues provides them constructive reward. additionally hit upon a dogs park and ensure to socialise your dogs to different human beings and canines. this could lead on them to correctly rounded and be responsive to which you're there for them in situations around different human beings and different canines. he will learn he can have confidence you to be there. A dogs that loves you and is your buddy out of loyalty is plenty greater advantageous than a dogs that does what that's informed on the grounds that's affraid of its "grasp" yelling or spectacular it. sturdy success! wish that's robust I even have knowledgeable my canines to do loopy stuff like do a real sneeze on command.... merely had those treats reachable while they did sneeze and rewarded with the words "sturdy sneeze" and a handle!! If human beings have been like canines, there could be no hate, dishonesty and lies.

Whatever you do, going vegetarian is a stupid idea. Dogs are eaters of meat anyway. Hence it is a good idea not to only feed it with packaged dog-food, but also once in a while give it a real raw rib or piece of meat bones to chew on. It loves it.
