you guys agree that a card is needed on a valentine's day right? well, im just wondering that if i should write my feelings on the card or say it? should i just make the card simple, and write a few sentences? and say the rest myself?

Keep cards simple. Always. Written stuff can sometimes give the wrong impression.

I think you have the right idea. Keep the card short and sweet - you need to tell the person how you feel.
