Yes. Two parents with Rh+ blood will produce an RH+ child. If one parent is - and one positive, the child has a 50% chance of being Rh-.

In all but extremely weird, rare circumstances, yes. However, I don't mean the exact same blood type. The Rh factor is seperate from the A B O factors. The blood type itself does not affect Rh. Anyway, the child would need to have at least one parent who is Rh negative. If it was one parent, the child had a 50% chance of being Rh negative. If it was both parents that were Rh negative, the child has to be Rh negative. If both parents were Rh positive and the child is Rh negative, there was a mix-up in the maternity ward.
If you are trying to figure out paternity or something, knowing the parents' blood type (letter: A, AB, B, O and - or +) really would be necessary.

Yes. If a child has rh negative blood type, then one or both of the child's parents also has rh negative blood type.
