Avocados contain vitamin B6 & vitamin E
The Ingredients:
1 small jar of real mayonnaise
1/2 of an avocado
The Instructions:
Put together in a medium bowl and squish together with your hands until it's a minty green color. Smooth into hair all the way to the tips. Put on a shower cap or wrap your head with saran wrap.
Leave on for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning put a hot, damp towel around your head -over the saran wrap. And if you have really long hair and only need deep conditioning at the ends, cut the ingredients in half and apply only to the ends and just wrap them.

I like to use extra virgin olive oil on my hair at least once a week, warm it gently, (not hot) and place on your hair for about an hour, it's great, a bit of a pain to wash out but really worth it. And whenever you do your hair never use hot heat on it, it will damage your hair badly. Always use warm water and I often use a good shot of cool water after conditioning to close the cuticles amazing how nice your hair can look. In summer if you want to add highlites use lemon juice from a real lemon and put it where your hair would naturally highlite. Also if you want to darken it my mom swears my using tea, she soaks teabags over night rinses her hair with it leaves it for 30 min then rinses and conditions. You can also buy a henna for a nice dark reddy colour but if you want to perm your hair don't use it. Good luck

I consider it is pleasant that she wish to. Here's a quick one who I like to make when i'm running out of time. It is a very summery dish and i have it tweaked for two, however which you can gauge what you want and change that. Summer season Apples and Shrimp Pasta 2 medium apples (any kind of sweet, pared and coarse cut) 1 can (14 1/2oz) stewed tomatoes and juice 1 half of cup fiori (flower) pasta or any form of small pasta abt 24 frozen pre-cooked shrimp (do not de-frost) half of cup water 1/2 tsp oregano half of tsp italian seasoning contemporary ground black pepper Put the tomatoes and apples in a giant adequate pot (don't forget, you'll be stirring a lot). When it starts bubbling [always on medium] add the water and spices. Mix good, add the pasta, stir it in and canopy. Stir each 2-three minutes or the backside will to burn. Pasta must be executed in about 9 min. Flip off the warmth, stir within the cooked, nonetheless-frozen shrimp, cover and go away on the range. The coolness of the shrimp will aid discontinue the pasta from cooking additional and getting soggy and the warmness of the dish helps de-frost the shrimp at the same time guaranteeing they don't overcook and turn out to be rubbery. If you end up ready to eat, simply quickly re-warmth and serve. It's a lovely versatile dish, which you could tweak the spices or add broccoli or assorted blended veges in. You could even have her do this out. Steak Fajitas (or my version of) serves 2 1 pd red meat (reduce into small cubes) three small/medium onions (coarsely cut) 2 tsp butter 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce salt and pepper to taste soften the butter on medium, add onions, combine good. Cover, stirring very 2-three minutes, until onions are smooth and transparent. Add the meat, worchestershire sauce and chilli sauce, combine good. Cover, stirring every 5 minutes, for abt 15-20 min or until sauce has been lowered. If it has not, all she needs to do is stir it uncovered for about 4-5 minutes. As soon as it's fine and 'gooey', add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and cheese for a speedy and easy meal. Both ingredients are cooked over med - med/high so the food would not prepare dinner too quickly so it's not overwhelming. If you would like a pair extra, i might be pleased to re-tweak a few of my other recipes to make it easier and e mail them back to you. How does she suppose in regards to the oven? Hope your loved ones will revel in.
