why dont you buy him clothing, thats what plan i doing
i plan on buyin my bf a fitted cap or hoodie since he wear a lot or urban clothing
just buy a something according to his style and he'll love it

A card, and a gift certificate to his favorite clothing store, shoe store, or something. Never just a kiss..there's not much thought into that. If your finances arent good, you can always invite him over, have a cake for him, make him a homecooked meal..i know when i was 15, food was uh the shiznit!! And when a girlfriend cooked something, made me a sandwich even, i was a happy boy. Oh still get him a card if you go with the meal idea.

well, if you two have been together for a while, then you could make him a scrap-book with pictures & stuff of you two. you know, like stuff you both like, and significant things between you two. if you don't think he would like it, then maybe something like cologne or somethin'. good luck.
