can one have something other than tattooing done to eyebrows that have been shave , and no longer will grow back, the eybrow pencils are such a pain to use. THANKS

Unfortunately, the brow area is one place that hair does not readily return after shaving or completely epilating. I agree pencils are a pain. I don't believe Rogaine is recommended for eyebrows. But, I guess some are trying it. Personally, I would do the tatoo thing. Be sure to look at some brows the person doing yours has already done if you decide to do it. Good luck.

I have heard of women using Rogaine with a q-tip and apparently they get regrowth back. And in the mean time by a brow kit with the wax, powder and brush and make your eye brows look the way you want. I use a taupe colour and I have a dark completion. I tweezed to much and I really like the full eyebrow look now and no one notices that I do this everyday. Good luck and if you use the rogaine be very careful that you don't get it into your eyes and wash your hands thouroughly after using it.

Sorry but once you mess with the hair on your eyebrows it won't grow back to its fullest.

revlon makes fake brows they are really cool too i have a friend that uses them go to beautytrends.com have you ever used womens rogaine on them? buy it take a q-tip and apply twice a day should work!
