Okay. Take your pie shell (or your tart shells or something along those lines) (I usually use frozen ones, so I can't give you pie shell instructions off the top of my head) and fill it with the ingredients which aren't the eggs: the cheese, the spinach, the peppers, the sausages, etc. Any meat, by the way, should be cooked before you put it in.

Beat three eggs as you would if you were scrambling them. Add ... oh, about a half-cup of milk, and seasoning to taste. Fill the pie shell with the egg mixture, leaving room for the eggs to expand (leftover eggs can be used in another quiche, or as breakfast), and bake for forty-five minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!

quiche is delicious, but it sounds like it shouldnt be!its a french dish, comprised of an egg-custard pie,no sugar is used in the egg mixture, but bacon and onions and various other vegetables and cheeses are used.try it-u can buy small bacon or vegetable quiches in the freezer sections of most stores.theyre worth a try, most people enjoy them.the most popular is called "qiche lorraine "from the place on the border of germany/france where it originated.

It's spelled quiche -- it is a savory pie made from eggs and cheese and cream. It can also have veggies and meats in it.
