This isn't the answer you are looking for, but I hope it is helpful anyway.
Your girlfriend is the way nature intended. If she has children someday she will need her breasts just as they are to nurse her child (of course their shape will change then but whether it will please you then or not, who knows)
Accept her, physical imperfections and all, or spend the rest of your life finding fault with everyone around you, including yourself.
As you grow older, you'll notice many more physical imperfections in yourself and others. Learn to be at peace with it.
If you can't enjoy your relationship with your girlfriend because you are too bothered by the shape of her breasts, then do both of yourselves a favor and end the relationship. I'm sure she can find someone who thinks her breasts are terrific just the way they are.

Only if you're willing to get something enlarged by surgery if she's not happy with the size or shape of it!

Do you love your girlfriend for her boobs or for who she is?
Be happy that you are loved by her and stop worrying about her boobs.

She can get a boob job when you get your balls done. Maybe she doesnt need to fix her boobs, maybe she needs to fix you.

either love her as she is or if SHE WANTS, help her get surgery. At the same time, ask her what physical flaws you have so you can work on them too.

"Fix" them? How exactly are they "broken"??
It does sound like you could use surgery though - a brain transplant. And indeed, you have no life. Try to get one before you come back, please.

If she gets a breast augmentation that will solve your problem, as long as thats what she wants as well
