Assuming you're telling the truth (you're 15 and don't know the name of "where you pee"?) then you need to tell either your dad or if that wont'work talk to a school counselor or something. And do it NOW for the sake of your sisters if nothing else.

If you feel you can trust your dad to believe you tell him about it. If not, tell a guidance counselor at your school. He or she will know what to do. Or go to the police. The point is you need to tell someone right away. Your mom needs help. And with what she does to you I would say you may need some too. Good luck.
