Our bodies are designed to desire calorie dense foods. Long ago, all types of animals that lived in areas with cold seasonal temperatures had to fatten up during warm months, to make enough body fat to survive the cold months. The urge to eat those sweet, greasy, starchy poundmakers like sweet fruit, starchy roots & grains, and greasy meat gave us the fat needed to survive. Unfortunately, the need to survive is gone, but we still crave anything sweet, greasy or starchy. McDonalds Corp knows about this urge, and helps make it convenient to gain weight by actually putting sugar in their fries and burgers.

I think all foods taste good not just the ones with fat and sugar.
It all depends how you cook them.
A vegetable dish could taste just as good as the fatty foods so long as you prepare it correctly.
I think it's because some people don't put in the effort to prepare their own food and eat fast food for convenience.
So long as we balance our diet, I don't think a little indulgence in fast food would hurt us.
Every day the experts are coming up with a reason why we shouldn't eat this and we shouldn't eat that, now if we were to listen to them, we wouldn't have much to select from.
So long as we feel good within ourselves and we eat well, we don't need to worry too much.
The most important thing is to move, you have to use the energy you eat, or it will store in our bodies and that's when we put on
weight.

Its the sugar and salt.

Naturally the body has to crave them to get enough. Now as we process food we add it, getting lots too much

Try a nice apple when you are hungry, It will taste good but a sip of Cola has more sugar. An apple has fructose, a sugar thats better for you but the RUSH is not there.

Because the companies that make the food want you to buy it more often and red meat is good for you because it has so much protein.
