Once you made the initial report, your times and the incident were logged. You can try to contact the origional officers who responded and ask if charges can still be pressed. If she filled out a statement at the time, she may be able to still press charges. If she did not fill out a statement, she probably won't be able to. If the police have had problems with the fellows in the past and wish to pursue the matter, they may still be able to charge them. The only way to really find out is to contact the origional officers. Good luck.

Depending on where this took place, she may not have a choice.
In many places, the government presses charges not the "victim" especially for crimes of violence.

yes I'm sure you can ??? if thy took a report the night ever thing happen she /he can go to the Justis?court and ask them Thar
if not thy should be able to give more advice on what to do but don't do any thing out side the law and anything happens again call and report and this time do it right

Gotta agree with "Nickle", the police are her to serve and protect you, not to be your servant, your friend is stipid, and so is her partner, do not abuse the police process(they are very busy), and grow up.

Have you or your friend ever heard of CRYING WOLF??? Should they do this again and he/she is assualted by the same so-called friends of his/theirs---I doubt if a cop is going to believe it. She has JUST ALLOWED these so-called friends to commit a CRIME and get away with it----HOW FOOLISH!!!!!!!!!!
