Yeah he does like you im pretty sure, I mean why would a guy sit next to someone he doesn't like and starts talking to her.

probably. i mean, if he is going out of his way to talk to you then he is defiantely trying to start something with you. you should start flirting with him instead of just talking and see how he reacts.
