A lot of guys would be flattered if a girl asked them out. However, do you know the guy? Or is it someone you have never spoken too? If you know him, don't be too aggressive, but try these: "Would you like to go out sometime... like ____, "and give the day and time. "So, do you wanna go to the _____," and give the place.
If you are asking someone that you don't know, don't ask. It's better if you are at social gathering (like a party or with a group of friends), to be introduced and to let things happen from there.
Again, lots of guys would be very flattered for a girl to be on the initiative, it makes them feel like you noticed and actually are interested. Hope this helps.

Well if I knew your age it would be much easier. Just ask him with help with something. Even though you might know how to do it a guy always likes feeling needed and smart. Then after just call him one day at the spur of the moment and ask him if he wants to grab lunch somewhere.

One of the reasons that a guy would not ask a girl out is to avoid rejection. You could simply say, "why don't we grab dinner or a movie together?" It is not to aggressive. Hope this helps.

All depends. I say just be straight forward. No pick up lines. Something like.......... Hey I was thinking maybe you'd like to go out sometimes. I think we could have alot of fun.

A guy will know if you have interest by flitering. If he is interested he should have the balls to ask else I'd say he is not interested.

If you are kind of shy, say, "Are you doing anything this weekend? Because if you aren't, maybe we can hang out." If you aren't shy or you are more confident say, " Do you want to go out with me sometime?"

just ask them out like say "hey i was wondering if you would like to go out with me sometime" or something like that. it won't really if that person like you cause they will say yes anyhow.
