1 pound=453.59 grams
1 cup=236.4 ml
I would give a rough guess that 500 grams is about a pound of spinach, 250 grams is about a half a pound of cheese, another 500 grams is another pound of cheese. And I'd say that 600 ml is about 2 1/4 cups and the 250 ml is a cup. When converting metric it is approximately cuz they aren't the exact measurements as standard. Good luck!

454 gm equals 1 pound. 1060ml = 1 quart = 32 ounces. 2 tablespoons = 1 ounce. 1 cup = 8 ounces. Dust off your calculator. Best of luck.
