Always be honest with your parents..at 11..you could say you like this boy and were thinking of going skating one afternoon with him or to a show. If you call him a "boyfriend" , mothers tend to think you're too young to have a boyfriend...Just don't be fooling around with him ..boys at this age have hormones all over the place..but have fun going out to eat lunch or something on a weekend but bring your friend(s) and make it a group thing..he brings a few of his mates. :)

My youngest is 10 and I really wouldn't mind at all if he came home and told me he had a girl friend. Actually, I'd be happy for him. At that age I would view the risk of sexual complications as negligible, but I certainly would keep an eye on how they behaved together. As far as your parents are concerned, there's no way for me to know how they would react - you know them better than I do. I will say one thing though, it's a lot better to have you tell them you have a boyfriend than it is for you tell them nothing and then one day come home and say you're pregnant.

uh... just tell them... but tell them its not that big a deal. and DONT BE ALL CUDDLY that freaks them out. my first bf was @ 12 and my mom made me dump him. ya shes kinda protective idk about ur parents. just make sure it doesnt go very far.
