Well you're asking the question, so what's "your" definition?

Your life experiences may have led you to believe that, but I'm a strong believer in karma. Don't change in order to get what you want. What goes around comes around.
Be yourself. If you're still in your teens or early 20s, you've got a lot to learn. Most "nice" girls get the happy ending in the end....

My definition of "nice" is down to earth, and rational. Usually (not always!) they are not the really pretty girls, but they are the same girls that you can appreciate as friends as well as lovers.
They don't seem to get lucky, because they're not getting a guy every week and dumping him the next week. They don't celebrate "weekiversaries". The story that I've seen play out again and again is that a guy and a girl will be friends for a long time, and end up together just because they're already very compatible people and understand each other very well.
So yeah, these girls tend to have LESS relationships, but BETTER relationships.

Well definition of Nice I guess isn't a good thing when you explain it in the dating scene. My version of nice:
Someone who is sincere and tries not to have tension in the relationship by avoiding ones true feelings and opinions. Your really nice to people because of that but remember when it comes to relationships its always nice to be direct and truthful no matter what he may think. Because in the long run your looking for a long term commitment, correct? Plus guys like it when a girl has some sas. Plus when your a girl you hold most of the cards anyways. Trust me. This is coming from a guy!
Just remember your doing him a favor! Not him doing you a favor.

It happens to men too. I think alot of people these days have been brainwashed from tv, magazines peer pressure to beleive that a certain image is the one that will make you "a big hit".
Nice can be many things, showing respect for someone, not forgeting, being friendly.
Keep on being nice, its a special thing and not everyone can be genuinely nice!

I don't know I've noticed that I'm like realy nice but i have never had a boyfriend but all the mean girls at school get the guys it doesn't add up.Msybe they like when girls play hard 2 gt

Nice= someone who really cares about other beings, his health and the planet. Make sure the next guy you go out with is vegetarian/vegan!

eugh i so no what you mean! lol.. im a nice person (i think so anyway!) and i always get treated like sh!t in relationships..
maybe its because they think they can take advantage of us because they think we'll just forgive them and be too scared of losing them..
i would say nice is loving, caring, quite pretty but not really hot or fit
