it may not be an organ at all...it may just be indigestion or gas.

Yes, that is your colon. The right side is where your gallbladder is. You may be constipated, have gas (yes, it can hurt like hell) or you could have diverticulitis. If it gets worse and you get nauseated, vomit.....go to the ER.

That's where your transverse and descending colon are. You may be constipated, or have gas.
