I don't think you should talk to this person. A girl that falls in love quickly like this is not good. You are setting yourself up for failure and who knows what else. I could be wrong, but I've had this done to me before, and the guy made me split real quick.

A week seems a little soon for this kind of love declaration. If you like her then accept her feelings and go with it. If not, don't string her along. Cut the relationship now before it gets too messy.
