I have not created my own language, but I seem to have read somewhere that the writers of "Star Trek" invented Klingon
as a spoken language for the series.

Why limit your self to a dull previous written/spoken language? What if the medium replaced into... facial move! mouth/lip move, ear wiggling, eye foreheadjigging... or if the sounds made were fullyyt irrelevant and it replaced into in effortless words the pitch that mattered, so it should be C#, G, E... . you would want a good ear yet or both blended? notwithstanding i'd in simple terms want to work out you making a collection of unusual facial expressions at the same time as wailing incomprehensibly on a youtube video

I use my own "language" sometimes with my sister that I've made up years ago but it is more like a secret code rather than a regular universal language(grammar, editing does not exist)

Yes, my best friend and I had a unique language and we used to write to each other extense and very complex letters. We still use it when we want to bring those nice memories to our lives.

I do use it when I take note for myself. It is a mixture of symbols, shorthand, numbers, pictorials, English-French-German + whatever can express my thoughts at the moment.
Later, I translate it correctly in a chosen language.
Salut! P.& %$ + Moon = "#@!".
