we have no money, we have transportation but no money. i don't wanna travel anywhere because it's so cold and my car isn't that stable. i cant invite him over and i can't go to his house either. any ideas?

Depends on where you live but:
go ice skating, usually its cheap or free on some days-check to see where
go tobogganing also pretty cheap
here they did free carriage rides-usually this happens before the holidays but it is fun
In metro Detroit all of the musuems have a free day when its cold usually a Sunday. The science center has an imax theater that is $4 or 5 which is cheaper than a regular movie theater
Find the local weekly publication in your area that lists the free stuff and check websites too for cultural places. AOL city guide is a good place to start. Volunteer-volunteer events also have great perks and often include some free events.
I think you are young so dont have sex unless you use protection. sounds like your parents might think you are too young to be together so some of the activities above can bring you together without being.

Not sure why you can't just hang at one or the other house, that seems the simple answer.. get together and watch TV and make love (though that won't actually kill an entire afternoon... just part of it! 8~) - maybe a neutral location like a friend's place who will invite you two over for a day? Somethig like that.
