Of course. Seeing my mother in law and my mother going through a state of loneliness because they both lost their husbands. I just feel mentally and physically down. I'm swimming in it for a while. So, answering Yahoo questions is helping me to get through it.

I've been depressed in the past, and my ability to recover makes me a stronger person, because life prepares you that way.

I won't resort to drugs because change is essential for growth and I like being a pillar for those I love without falling apart just because they are falling apart.

I will recover, but for right now, yes... I'm depressed. However, I haven't lost my sense of humor, so I laugh easily. Maybe that's why I'm not in real trouble while I'm depressed.

Dear Abby,

Hey you! I have been feeling depressed because of my BF who lied to me about being separated. Also I had a friend whom I trusted and helped so much including financially and now she wouldn't pay me back and threatening me in so many ways. I don't know what to do and I am feeling overwhelmed that is why I joined this forum.

Thanks for listening,
Hurt
