i have been taking Zoloft 150 mg for a couple months...?

i have forgotten to take the last couple mornings because i have been running out the door at the last minute. today i'm really nauseated and have a horrible headache. is it because i haven't taken it in a few days??

I take zoloft 100's and when i "forget" for a few days, they don't give me headaches or nausea.
