Hi, I noticed one day when I was licking my lips that on the gums closetest to my lip was a little rough with a spot on it. When I looked in the mirror there was a white spot to be more specific 3 little white spots its also not sore and there's no pain . I dont do chew tobacco. Could this be serious?

No but you should just go to a dentist and get it check out to be on the safe side . I don't think it would be serious , But it's all ways be better to be on the safe side .

could be as simple as cold sores, but if they don't hurt most likely not. Talk to you e medical doctor, a lot of the times an office visit to them is cheaper than the dentist.

do you smoke? white spots can be the first sign of cancer. get it checked out soon.
