I like to make a version of beef tips and rice with round steak.
I cut the the steak into pieces, flour them, sear them in a little oil, take them out, prepare a gravy (brown gravy, or brown gravy with Rotel), throw the steak into the gravy, bring it to a slight boil, turn the heat down, cover and let it cook for about 2 hours. Then serve over rice.
My family loves it! It makes the steak so tender and such tasty gravy! (I don't know how healthy it is though!)

Round steaks tend to be pretty tough. I'd pound them first to help tenderize. Then cook them in the oven with liquid. Only enough liquid to braise, not stew. Lower heat with longer periods of time also help tenderize. If the liquid has an acid base this too will help tenderize.
A common use is Swiss Steak. There are lots of recipes around.
You don't want to grill or broil them, they're too tough.
Good luck with them.

You could probably grill them over hot coals. I personally would cut them in thin diagonal strips and sauté them in a little very hot butter so they're still pink on the inside. Don't overcook because round steak gets tough. Take them out of the pan and make a little sauce with the butter remnants and some water. Put beef strips over some rice and pour sauce over meat.

In the superstore, fruits are usually selected much too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fresh vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

you can broil them or you could put them on a barbarcue grill. If you wanted to you could cook them and them make beef stew, or use them in vegetable soup.
