I agree with many SDA beliefs, but disagree with many writings by Ellen White. What other religions are similar to SDA who do not place such a strong emphasis on a HUMAN prophet or teacher?

Note: This question is ONLY out of curiosity, as I believe religions are man-made which is why I am a non-denominational Christian. One can fellowship with other Believers in Church, without embracing a RELIGION.

Pilgrim please re-read my question. I am not seeking a religion. However, in obedience to the Lord, it is my obligation to preach God's Word. One can not correct false teachers and religions without knowing what they believe.

I also research religions that are the extreme opposite of my beliefs(as taught by God's Word), as well as those which are similar as I'm doing today.

No. Jehovah's Witnesses worship God on a daily basis. Jehovah's Witnesses can consume pork in the event that they like pork. Jehovah's Witnesses beleive Michael to be Jesus Christ heavenly call and definite, we even have self assurance that the Archangel Michael is Christ Jesus. The Bible does not coach a fiery place of torment referred to as 'hell'. The Bible does not help the trinity doctrine. the thought-approximately a truine god is a pagan coaching, that exchange into fused in with apostate christianity in the fourth century CE. Jehovah's Witnesses have self assurance totally what the Bible teaches and that's: Jehovah God is Almighty. Jesus Christ is the 1st born Son of Jehovah God. Holy Spirit isn't a guy or woman yet Jehovah God's energetic stress. And ultimately, many Bible scholars properly known that “Yahweh” greater almost represents the Hebrew pronunciation of the Divine call. yet this additionally shows the inexcusability of the religions of Christendom for taking the Divine call removed from Bible translations and typical worship! If the pronunciation “Yahweh,” or maybe yet another, is asserted to be greater ultimate, then why do they not use it? What experience does it make to confess a greater ultimate pronunciation and then get rid of its utilization altogether? particularly, it is outright hypocrisy to safeguard one pronunciation over yet another and then under no circumstances use the two! The publishing company for Jehovah’s witnesses recognizes that “Yahweh” is greater ultimate. Why do they use “Jehovah” of their translation, writing and worship extremely? by way of fact the type “Jehovah” has been time-honored to people for many centuries, and that form of The call, merely as faithfully as different varieties, preserves the sounds of the 4 consonants of the tetragrammaton. besides, we don't communicate Hebrew as we communicate! We communicate different languages. as quickly as we communicate English, to illustrate, then we use the English pronunciation of the Divine call, that's “Jehovah.” In different languages the divine call is reported in a various way, even though particularly in addition most of the time. people who reject the English “Jehovah” and demand on utilising the Hebrew pronunciation might do properly to ask themselves why they are asserting “Jesus Christ,” whilst that exchange into not the way his call exchange into reported in Hebrew. that's the English way, derived from the Greek language. In Hebrew, Jesus may be closer to “Yehóshua” and Christ may be “Mashíahh.” So, as we are saying “Jesus Christ” in the English language, we additionally say “Jehovah,” the two being ultimate whilst speaking English.

If you hold that religions are man made, why are you seeking one?

If you're already a believer, but don't want to subscribe to a religion, what's the point?

Simply read and believe the Bible and be what God wants you to be.

Whatever happened to Yeshua Ha Moshiach's salvation...do you not have faith anymore? Acknowledge the things Yeshua taught you and follow them. Why not follow his religion? Jews for Yeshua for one is a great religion! They do everything their Savior did and live by faith...

I know some of those Christian religions are whack....like Catholic. Be careful of those wolves in sheep clothing. You'll know by their fruits. Don't follow pagan rituals! Those are from the cup of Babylon!
