I'm partial to "Old Overholt Straight Rye Whisky" straight and at room temp. If I run a bit short on $ for the week, I'll drink "Ancient Age Bourbon" also straight at room temp. In the summer I put them in the freezer, or if just purchased, will pour over one ice cube to chill. And a beer chaser is equally good with either.
