This is for a film. I need to know what the criminal brother could do. Everything has already been checked out under his brothers name. What could the criminal do to free himself of all charges. He said his brothers name on purpose, but no one knows but him.

Identical twins have the same DNA pattern.. But oddly enough they do not have identical fingerprint patterns (they are close, but not identicle) So it would seem easy enough to bring this up as when they arrested the one brother they would have taken his finger prints.. which would not match the innocent brothers patterns X-actly.. Case solved... with a simple solution (very simple indeed) Print em both examine the results against the initial (or evidence prints) Oh well there goes the film premise LOL (sorry)

truly some factors might want to will be considered. Definely arrested, yet what degree will it flow on the 17 olds list? a million. Does the 17 12 months previous have priors? 2. became there the distinct stressful factors. 3. what's the psychological skill? 4. became it premeditated 5. What became the reason? (do not chortle...it may actual be determined the bleach became the nearest to them and it became surely an opportunistic gadget") 6. What were the injuries of the sufferer if any etc...etc... depending in each and each and every of the above, the bleach thrower will both be tried as an human being or a minor.

There are plenty of films involving this same criteria so watch them and find your answer.
All in all I suspect you are doing some crooked thinking and planning and I won't be the one to help you.

Identical twins share the same DNA, so the only difference between them is usually skin stuff. (Moles, patches, acne, etc.)

The only other thing that could be done to differentiate between them would be a polygraph test. (Lie detector test.)

you are in the wrong category to learn how to get away with crime-even if it is for a "film".
