I am anti illegal criminal alien, but anyone should be able to march under their own flag, as long as it is not geared toward disrespecting this country and our flag is shown proper respect and a place of prominence. Ex) I march in St Patricks Day parades. The Irish flag is all over, but the American flag is prominent and given the most respect. I am celebrating my ancestory while ackowledging my love for america and committment to this country. That idea is lost with this newest wave of blood suckers and takers. They want the best of what my legal immigrant relatives made of this country, but don't want to contribute to its future or be an actual part of it.

I don't think there's anything wrong with marching with or displaying flags from other countries. The whole premise of the US is that people from countries all over the world could come here to exercise their right to FREEDOM. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having strong ties to your country of origin if you live in another country. I'd hate to be told I couldn't display an American flag if I studied overseas.

I DO think if you're going to march for your rights to live in a country illegally, you should at least have the decency to do it with an American flag.

Unfortunately, ignorance and disrespect seem to be the norm these days. Just because you CAN do something, does not mean you should.
Illegal? No. But there are clear guidelines on how to display another flag with a united states flag, and unless you are invading the USA, you should fly the flag of your choice appropriately next to or below it, according to those guidelines.

I completely disagree.

1) It's a free country.
2) Not every country is against the USA. What if I wanted to wear a Union Jack on my t-shirt? (British flag.)
3) You take that right away, then you're basically violating the first amendment. Freedom of speech.

I flag is a connection to a persons heritage be they Mexican, Irish, Italian or some other nationality. If I want to hang an Italian flag to honor my ancestors or to celebrate the fact that Italy won the World Cup, who has a right to tell me that I can't do it?

It shouldn't be. Marches are protected by the constitution and every American should be proud of their heritage. You are, right?

I have no problem, it is just when they mistreat our flag, then I should be allowed to shoot them like dogs.
