This is definitely anxiety and panic - what you are having are very typical 'symptoms'. What happens is that your stress levels are high at the moment and as a result your body is flooded with a chemical called 'adrenaline'. This chemical is designed to help your body either fight (the 'danger') or run away from it. The chemical makes you feel 'whizzed up', and if you are stressed and anxious over a long period, it can make you feel ill, with headaches and feeling sick. When it comes on all of a sudden (perhaps when you're in bed), it is known as a 'panic attack'. Believe it or not, it is harmless - I know how terrified you feel when these symptoms come on, but they are not going to harm you.
Getting exercise will help (because it 'uses up' the chemical that is causing the symptoms), plus cutting out caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate) and cutting back on sugar will all help.
If you feel these feelings, try not to be afraid of them. Tell yourself that it's adrenaline making you feel like this, and that it WILL pass. Listen to some music, have a warm drink of milk, watch soemthing on the TV that will distract you, or do anything that will help take your mind off hwo you're feeling.
Buy any of the books by Dr Claire Weeks and read them - they'll make you feel much better and explain all about stress and anxiety.
When your stress levels are high, you will freak out over things (like nose bleeds) that usually wouldn't bother you much.
You are stressed and anxious, and you need some help to sort out what's worrying you. There is help out there - try and find a good psychotherapist or counsellor who is experienced with dealing with anxiety and panic.
Most of all, be reassured that what you are feeling is normal for someone who is feeling stressed, so don't worry about these symptoms - although horrible and strange, they are not going to harm you.
Hope this helps/

Can't diagnose via internet...could be a panic attack...what makes it get better? If it keeps up for more than a couple weeks, see a doctor. Are you more afraid of the symptoms or of something in general that CAUSES the symptoms? Give the answer of that to the doc.

Anxiety is common in adolescents. Its the whole raging hormones thing i think. If you are worried about it, talk to your parents, I wouldnt recommend medication for someone so young though.
I am prone to anxiety attacks, and when i feel one coming on, or when i cant fall asleep, I have a breathing technique i use, it really helps me maybe it will help you too.
Breathe in for 4 counts. then exhale for 8. repeat that. Then breathe in for 5 counts and exhale for 10. and so on up to about 7 counts in and 14 out. then just take deep breaths and relax.

Are you under a lot of pressure in school both homework and too many after school activities. try to cut back on some of it. The teenage years were hard for all of us. Hang in there. maybe go to a counselor or school nurse. Good Luck - Been there

Yep it is most likely anxiety. Suffered with it for years. It may just go away on its own. Don't worry so much and go do something fun or relaxing to distract yourself. If does not stop please don't suffer! Get yourself or have your family take you to your family Dr and tell them what your symptoms are. There is medicine that can help you with this. Good Luck!
